ABOUT ME...........

Just like anyone who has a couple of dogs can call themselves a breeder, anyone with a sewing machine can call themselves a seamstress, so I thought I'd tell you  a little about my qualifications.

I've sewn since age 9, learned on an old treadle machine that was an antique then! Now I'm an antique, working on a new machine!

I'm certainly not smarter than the average person,

it just comes naturally for me, just like some people can play the piano by ear or draw or paint..(none of which I can do),

designing and sewing is my thing.

I was fortunate enough to work for a tailor for 2 years, where I learned all about sewing and altering mens clothes, much more difficult than womens, then I did alterations for several dry cleaners for 8 years. I did dressmaking out of my home  when my son was young.

I started making clothes for dogs because I had so many people want to know where they could buy them, as you know if you've been to most pet stores, the things for toy dogs is very limited, the size small is to big for most toy dogs, even an extra small usually won't fit & there's absolutely nothing to fit a toy puppy.

I've made & sold things here at my shop for years, but since my shop is at my home, the only people who see them are people who buy my puppies, I only carry a few clothing items here, since I have ideas constantly going on in my head, (more ideas than customers),

so here I am.........(maybe I just need Prozac!)

Each article is made exactly as I would make anything for people, all seams finished, handwork as called for. I guarantee my workmanship.
